Will the stump be replaced with a tree? Trees are looking awful almost 2 years out from that bad winter: many in my neighborhood are close to half dead, some look salvageable with good pruning, some have lost too much, many are dead or stumps. We need replacements when stumps are removed!

Location will be added to the planting list after stumps have been removed.
