Dear City of Cambridge,

I write to urgently address a persistent water accumulation issue on the west side of the street at 263 Putnam Ave. The street's inadequate construction, particularly a depression causing water pooling for weeks after rainfall, poses severe safety risks to pedestrians on the sidewalk and driveway entrance.

The lack of proper leveling exacerbates this hazard, leading to prolonged water exposure that threatens property damage to my house and basement that are on this side of the street. Immediate attention and resolution is vital to rectify this hazardous situation. Thank you so much for your attention and support!
